  • 03 MARCH 2008 – LAST DAY FOR SUMMIT RATES AT MARRIOTT HOTEL


  • 10 MARCH 2008 – LAST DAY FOR REFUND ON CANCELLATION OF ATTENDANCE (MINUS A $50 CANCELLATION FEE)


  • 20 MARCH 2008 – LAST DAY TO SEND IN VISIT REQUEST TO GET CLEARANCE VERIFIED FOR ATTENDANCE

"The DoD Public Affairs Office has determined that, for purposes of accepting a gift of reduced or free attendance, the event is a widely attended gathering pursuant to 5 CFR 2635.204(g). This determination is not a DoD endorsement of the event nor approval for widespread attendance.
